I don't know why I haven't talked about it before!!
For a year now, I have used all the time Wait a Moment (or Hurikat) to find the best moment to visit a monument or a museum in Paris. Better, the app works for restaurants, supermarkets etc. And the page dedicated to your chosen location is full of tips and comments.
The users contribute and update it everytime they point out their own time, so the chart is quite exact. I think it can make your life easier in Paris in a crasy summer day.
Enjoy it! (I precise, it's not an advertising :)

A room in the Louvre shows us the mystery and history surrounding this statue we often reduce it to a simple winged and beheaded figure amidst a grand staircase.
Pieter Bruegel the Elder, The Parable of the Blind, 1568, distemper on linen canvas, 86 cm × 154 cm (34 in × 61 in), Museo di Capodimonte, Naples, Italy.
But he answering them, said: Every plant which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they are blind, and leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the pit.
